    • Ascend Membership: $25 per month, providing access to all courses.

    • The Meditation Lounge: $5 per month for access to guided meditations.

  • Courses: Courses can be purchased individually or accessed through the Ascend Membership.

  • Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely through Thinkific for memberships and courses, and Vagaro for one-on-one sessions. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

  • Refund Policy: All payments are final. No refunds are offered for memberships, courses, or services. Members can cancel their subscription at any time, and access will remain available until the end of the billing period. If a billing error occurs, refunds may be issued at our discretion.

2. Privacy & Data Use

  • Data Collected: We collect name, address, email, phone number, and payment details when you sign up for a membership, course, or session.

  • How We Use Your Data: Your information is used to provide access to memberships, courses, and services. If you schedule a session through Vagaro, you may create a profile where payment information can be securely stored for easier checkout.

  • Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Payment and membership processing are handled through Thinkific (for courses and memberships) and Vagaro (for one-on-one sessions).

  • Data Protection: Your information is securely stored in Thinkific and Vagaro, which use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

  • Cookies: Our website may use cookies for functionality and analytics, but we do not track personal data beyond what is required for your membership and services.

  • Opt-Out & Data Management:

    • You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

    • You can cancel your membership directly in Thinkific by deleting your subscription.

  • One-on-One Sessions: If you book a session through Vagaro, you must notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

6. Legal Terms

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Hampshire.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts of New Hampshire.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
